1. Learn and Train: Complete online training modules to become a vehicle expert and, in turn, train our sales team on the latest vehicle specs and technologies.
2. Customer Education: Help customers understand our vehicle lineup by sharing product knowledge, especially for EVs, in an easy-to-understand, engaging way.
3. Stay Ahead on EVs: Get up-to-date on the latest EV technology and trends to answer questions and provide insights on our current and future EV models.
4. Be a Product Knowledge Resource: Act as the go-to expert in our showroom, supporting the sales team and helping customers without the pressure of direct sales.
