Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Host/Hostess to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments.
• Assist guests with menu inquiries and special requests.
• Ensure smooth communication with the service team for seamless operations.

What We Need:

• Previous hotel or fine-dining experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A warm, guest-focused attitude with attention to detail.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing reservations, walk-ins, and table assignments efficiently.
• Coordinating with the restaurant and service teams to ensure smooth seating and service flow.
• Providing guests with menu insights and assisting with special requests.
• Maintaining an organized and presentable host stand and reception area.
• Handling guest inquiries and concerns with confidence and professionalism.

• Previous experience in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
• A warm, welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
