Cleaners • Technical Skills: • Understanding of cleaning tools and chemicals. • Ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain hygiene standards. • Soft Skills: • Attention to detail. • Reliability and punctuality. • Physical stamina for cleaning tasks.4. Valet Parking Attendants • Technical Skills: • Valid driving license and ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. • Knowledge of parking procedures and vehicle handling. • Soft Skills: • Politeness and customer service skills. • Time management and ability to handle peak times efficiently. • Problem-solving abilities in case of parking or vehicle issues.General Skills for All Employees • Teamwork and collaboration. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Professional appearance and behaviour.These skills ensure a smooth and professional operation of your gym while creating a welcoming environment for clients.
