Fitness Instructor

Description for Internal Candidates

Are you passionate about health and wellness? We’re searching for a Fitness Instructor who can inspire and motivate our guests and colleagues to achieve their fitness goals while delivering an exceptional wellness experience.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Conducting personalized and group fitness training sessions tailored to different fitness levels.
• Assisting guests and colleagues in using gym equipment safely and effectively.
• Creating and implementing workout plans to help guests achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the fitness center.
• Promoting hotel wellness programs, spa services, and health club membership benefits.
• Providing expert guidance on fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.

• Internationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness trends, and gym equipment usage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage guests with a positive and energetic attitude.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Must speak local language(s); additional languages are a plus.
