Act as a key member of the
project transaction team, contributing to project structuring and
implementation through comprehensive research and analysis of background
materials, market information, and financial performance data.
Analyze potential project risks,
including financial data analysis, and prepare or update financial models and
forecasts.
Communicate with internal bank
units, clients, and stakeholders by preparing initial correspondence,
presentations, and following up on internal messages.
Ensure the completion of all
assigned tasks within specified timeframes, maintaining high-quality standards
in line with the bank's policies and objectives.
Monitor assigned projects for
compliance with project agreements and fund disbursement procedures, evaluating
client financial performance and assessing risks.
Prepare comprehensive preliminary
monitoring reports in a timely manner, including recommendations for corrective
actions, and ensure these are communicated to more experienced team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; a master's
degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields is preferred.
Professional qualification such
as ACA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA is desirable.
3-6 years of relevant financial analysis experience in the financial industry, gained from an investment bank,
commercial bank, private equity firm, asset management company, or
audit/financial consulting firm operating under international standards.
Strong quantitative and numerical
skills with the ability to interpret financial information and design and
utilize financial models.
Credit analysis skills, with the
ability to interpret accounts and understand local and international accounting
principles and credit analysis practices.
Proficiency in computer use, with
strong skills in Microsoft Office programs and spreadsheet software, including
financial analysis and modeling modules.
Good understanding of relevant
systems and processes.
Ability to work effectively as a
team member and manage pressure from tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal
communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Experience in corporate finance
and financial institutions.
