The Field Sales Manager is responsible for achieving targeted field sales growth and profit targets across the various channels. Expected to manage the team of direct reports and will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to ensure they are fully equipped to fulfill their role successfully. FSM will establish a clear understanding of the company’s strategy and be visible in the market, and implement this throughout the sales team.
