Facility Maintenance Manager

DHL Express Kuwait has an opening for a Facility Maintenance Manager. In this role you will mainly facilitating the management and maintenance of our buildings and facilities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our operational needs are met efficiently and effectively through coordination with outsourced facilities management partners.

YOUR TASKS

Facilities Management Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and the outsourced facilities management company.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for all buildings and facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the facilities management provider, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and the facilities management team to address maintenance requests and facility-related issues promptly.
• Oversee the organization of facility-related projects, including renovations, upgrades, and relocations.

Compliance, Health and Safety:

• Ensure compliance, health & safety with all relevant regulations and standards related to facility management.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred Technical
• Knowledge in Facility Management & Maintenance
• Understanding of Health and Safety Facility Requirements
• Fluent Arabic & English Speaking and Writing
• Self Motivated, Energetic & Well Organized
• Budget and Planning knowledge
• Understand Governmental Paperwork Requirements & Renewals
