Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of facilities in Kuwait. They will ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the required standards for safety and functionality. The Facilities Supervisor will also manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and evaluate the condition of facilities on a regular basis
2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
3. Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors
4. Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that safety equipment is available and in good condition

• Supervising the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects

• Communicating with staff members to ensure that they are aware of any issues regarding safety or security 

• Inspecting machinery and scheduling maintenance repairs for defective components to avoid potential hazards and operational delays Inspecting machinery and scheduling maintenance repairs for defective components to avoid potential hazards and operational delays  

• Background in building services and engineering, office management, or administration is preferred.

• Must have background in cold stores and should be aware on how it operates

Pay scale – 300 – 375 KD
