Reports To: Top Management
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
· Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
· Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
· Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
· Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with discretion.
· Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
· Requirement open for Male Arab Nationals
· Bilingual –Fluent in Spoken English is a Must
· Minimum 5 years in a relevant field
