Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
• Support classroom management and provide one-on-one or small group assistance
• Communicate with families and colleagues to enhance each student’s learning experience
• Encourage student participation and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field; teaching certification preferred
• Proven experience in elementary education and a passion for collaborative teaching
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to support students and staff
