As an Electronics Technician specializing in gas analyzers, you will be responsible for diagnosing, testing, and repairing electronic systems and components used in gas detection and analysis instruments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot a range of issues, from minor malfunctions to complex system failures, ensuring that our instruments perform at optimal levels for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits and systems in gas analyzer instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on gas analyzers to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
• Analyze fault reports, conduct diagnostics, and determine root causes of malfunctions.
• Assess and repair electronic components using advanced test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, calibration tools).
• Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and calibration data specific to gas analyzer instruments.
• Provide troubleshooting support for both internal teams and customers, offering timely and accurate technical assistance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports for repairs and calibrations.
• Assist in developing and improving repair and maintenance processes for gas analyzer instruments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Electronics Technician, with a focus on troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing gas analyzers or similar instrumentation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of electronics, circuit boards, and sensor technology.
• Familiarity with calibration techniques and standards for gas detection instruments.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and other test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• A must have a Kuwaiti Driving License and a Car.
