Duty Supervisor – Medina

We are looking for an experienced Saudi national to take up the role of Duty Supervisor for our Medina station in KSA to supervise all Ground Handling Agent’s and cargo handling activities in land and airside to ensure professional and timely customer service provided to Jazeera Airways’ passengers.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Ensure opening of check-in counters at STD -3hrs
  • Carry out GHA briefing on flight situation and all special handling requirements e.g. VIP/CIP/WCHR/UM etc.
  • Monitor closely check-in process i.e. documents checks/ baggage acceptance/ baggage labelling etc. Ensuring J9 service standards are met.
  • Monitor average queuing time and transaction time. Ask security questions, control EB revenues and identify passengers with bulky hand baggage.
  • Carry out airside and ramp duties ensuring proper aircraft loading/unloading.
  • Coordinate with GHA coordinator (Dispatcher) for proper follow up on load sheet and all post departure messages, ensuring that J9 standards are met.
  • In case of flight disruptions follow laid down procedures to minimize inconveniences.
  • Ensure proper handling of import and export cargo.
  • Ensure safe, secure, on-time and economic operations of all the flights.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Supervisor or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Airport Operations of a Commercial airline preferably in KSA.
  • Strong leadership skills. Able to manage, motivate and develop all levels of staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Airport organization / Passenger Handling Services.
  • Excellent understanding of customer services, customer care and customer needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure, initiative, fast decision maker, flexible,
  • Planning & organizing skills, team spirit, high sense of safety & responsibility.
  • People with IATA degree/ certificate in Airport Operations will be preferred.


Sr. Manager - E-commerce

Jazeera Airways is looking for Sr. Manager - E- commerce (OTA, E-Commerce & 3rd Party Ancillary) who would be responsible for achieving revenue targets for:


  • Distribution - Indirect Online (B2B & B2C) channel (GDSs, Aggregators, Meta Search platforms, OTAs) promotion, sales & revenue.
  • Ancillary – Third Party and Distributed Ancillary.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Distribution:
    • Identify new & potential online sellers across various geographies and support in establishing commercial contracts
    • Collaborate with POS leaders across network to manage respective online sellers
    • Devise and drive commercial strategy for the indirect online channel with business intelligence & route heatmaps for OTAs (B2B & B2C & Aggregators)
    • Monitor & address Look to Book (L2B) waste & fare under-cutting by OTAs
    • Manage PSS configurations associated with the indirect online channel and house keeping
    • Full knowledge of Navitaire distribution APIs with clear understanding of XML/JSON Request / Response Logs to address integration queries, project management & deliveries
    • Map & Manage Seller lifecycles (contracts, documentation, registrations, integrations, testing, Go-Live, trainings)
    • Devise and drive Meta Search platform with progressive contribution, settlements (Deposits, BSP, Credit Card, bank transfers) & commercials
    • Responsible for cost & commercials for OTAs & aggregators - commissions, PLBs, routes deals, online tactical campaigns & marketing on seller platforms
    • Supervise appropriate after-sales support through collaboration with the Sales Support Team
  • Digital Marketing & E-commerce:
    • Devise and drive E-commerce strategy, budget & P/L & cost efficiency & control
    • CRO & Analytics – Conversion optimization & Google / Adobe Analytics
    • Devise promotion & campaign strategy for sales promotion, tactical campaigns, festivals, events, new product, features launches and destinations, co-branded promotions with loyalty partners, banks, cards & wallets
    • Payment gateway relationship, commercials, integrations & aggregation
    • Currency acceptance, payment method mapping, success rate optimization
  • Non-Core Ancillary:
    • Devise and drive ancillary attachment & revenue strategy
    • Increase Yield (RevPerPax) to 15% of avg. base revenue
    • Responsible for existing P/L from 20+ ancillary products
    • Product lifecycle (Relationship, engagement, integration, production, monitor & optimization) 3rd party ancillaries
    • Responsible to optimize prices, sales & promotion across sales channels – pre-book, after sales, airport


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Sales or any related field.
  • 12+ years of Experience in a similar role/airline e-commerce/sales/distribution
  • Team Management & relationship building
  • Complete knowledge of Navitaire and distribution API (XML/JSON request/response Logs)
  • Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


Senior Specialist - APIs

Jazeera Airways is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Specialist - APIs to lead the development and management of API middleware solutions. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of Jazeera Airways’ core systems, including Navitaire Digital APIs, with other commercial platforms, ancillary suppliers and third-party collaborators.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in API middleware development and integration within the low-cost carrier (LCC) environment, with Navitaire as the primary Passenger Service System (PSS).


Responsibilities and Duties:


API Middleware Development & Management:


  • Design, develop, and maintain API middleware solutions to integrate Navitaire Digital APIs with Jazeera Airways’ internal and external systems.
  • Build and manage robust API architectures that support scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Oversee API lifecycle management, including design, testing, deployment, and versioning.
  • Ensure seamless integration of third-party collaborators, including ancillary suppliers, payment gateways, and loyalty platforms.

Navitaire Digital APIs Expertise:


  • Act as the in-house expert for Navitaire Digital APIs, ensuring their effective use in supporting core business processes.
  • Collaborate with Navitaire to resolve API-related issues and enhance API functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Leverage Navitaire APIs to enable efficient integrations with marketing, booking, payment, and customer engagement platforms.

  • Establish metrics to evaluate API performance, uptime, and transaction success rates.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in API middleware development and management, specifically in the airline industry.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience working with Navitaire Digital APIs within a low-cost carrier (LCC) environment.

Manager – Group Desk System

Jazeera Airways is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager – Group Desk System to design, build and lead the Group Desk systems. This is a greenfield opportunity, requiring a visionary professional with a background in group desk operations, system development and low-cost airline processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Navitaire systems and a proven ability to implement and manage end-to-end group booking systems while working closely with diverse stakeholders across the organization.


In this pivotal role, you will partner with teams in Finance, Sales, Sales Support, Call Center, E-Commerce, IT (Digital Transformation) and Website Development to ensure the seamless operation of the group booking platform.
