DescriptionYour responsibilities will include a variety of tasks as a Dermatology Nurse, General Assistant, and in marketing.Dermatology Nurse:Derma clinic, instruments and machinery preparation.Ensure instruments/tools are cleaned according to sterilization room SOP’s;Checking expiration dates of materials;Count stock /check consumable inventory and place orders to supply chain under management;Assist in patient co-ordination with Advisor;Record patient treatment/history;Assist Dermatologist in preparation of patient /skin cleansing /numbing crème;Answer patient questions as well as explain the service or post-treatment / home care;Administering medication under doctor order;Provide chair-side assistance during treatments;Perform derma or laser skin treatments under the Dermatologist's guidelines;Perform laser hair removal and firming /sculpting treatments. General Assistance:Drawing blood samples for lab testing;Checking vital signs: temperature, respiratory rate, blood pressure and pulse rate and record;Give medication as per doctor's order;Build a rapport with patients and refer to other modalities.Marketing Role:Partake in marketing events / social media activities;Promote new weekly, and monthly promotions;Promote yourself by the treatment you can do;Cross referrals to other treatment departments in the clinic.
