CRM Agent / Automotive

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Agent to join our team in Kuwait. As a CRM Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our automotive clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
2. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system.
3. Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
4. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
5. Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and addressing any concerns.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
