We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Controller in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs to ensure financial efficiency and profitability. This role involves tracking food and beverage costs, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising quality and service standards.

• Develop and maintain a cost control system to track expenses, waste, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to optimize procurement and usage of raw materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations to prevent losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budget guidelines, and industry standards.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement cost-saving measures.
• Assist in menu pricing by evaluating cost structures and profit margins.
• Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making.
