As the Construction Project Manager at ktech, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects across our campus. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Contractor Management: Select and manage contractors and subcontractors. Review bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor performance to ensure compliance with specifications and college standards.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor. Monitor and control project
expenses to ensure projects remain within budget.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols in accordance with college policies and OSHA regulations.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, milestones, and any challenges encountered.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence. Prepare comprehensive project reports for senior management as needed.
