Kings Clinic Management is looking for a committed and meticulous Cleaner to uphold the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of our clinic facilities. This role is essential in creating a pristine environment for staff, patients, and visitors, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate, male or female, must already be a resident of Kuwait and possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail to excel in this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily cleaning of all clinic areas, including reception, consultation rooms, restrooms, and staff areas.
  2. Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a clean environment.
  4. Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal practices are followed.
  5. Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  6. Respond promptly to any cleaning requests or spills to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.
  7. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team for timely action.
  8. Adhere to cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistent standards are met across all areas.
  9. Utilize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely to promote a safe working environment.
  10. Engage with staff and visitors courteously, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Must be a resident of Kuwait.
  2. Proven experience as a cleaner, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  3. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and their proper usage.
  4. Familiarity with health and safety standards, especially infection control procedures.
  5. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  6. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
  7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  8. Basic understanding of English for effective communication.
  9. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
  10. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
