Position Overview: The Chief Executive Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and strategy. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in finance, investment management, and real estate markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Lead investment strategy, including evaluating new investment opportunities and managing existing investments.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to assess market trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure the optimization of investment portfolios to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
  1. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the board, investors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes.
  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective resource management.
  • Collaborate with other executives to align financial and operational strategies.
  • Represent the company in financial and investment-related discussions with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and partners.
  1. Strategic Partnerships and Growth:
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and innovation to enhance business performance.
