Under the direction of the Clinical Compliance Supervisor, maintain the security, confidentiality and accuracy of medical records and patient files.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the Clinical Compliance Supervisor and the Chart Review team.
Facilitate the chart review process in alignment with the Quality Division requirements and plan, including managing the number of files per reviewer and their schedules.
Facilitate the entry of chart review findings for data analysis.
Monitor and report on the performance of chart reviewers (Open and Closed).
Collaborate with the Clinical Compliance Supervisor to facilitate the implementation of recommendations from the Medical Documentation Committee.
Collaborate with the Clinical Compliance Supervisor to support the JCI accreditation, tracer, and audit processes for medical files.
Collaborate with the Medical Administration Department to ensure timely completion of medical records.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field.
Experience using Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Medical background is preferred.
Education
High School Diploma. Bachelors in nursing preferred
