Customer Development Excellence team is a pillor of Customer Devcelopment mainly responsbile for end to end execution, managing merchandising & tech, ensuring all KPI reporting for CD is on track and accurate

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Implement world class execution excellence in the market pertaining to availability & visibility. Leading end to end distributor merchandisers ensuring coverage and route complaince. Track & monitor Perfect Store input and output through Shelvz App while uploading audit requriement before month beginning Conduct weekly field visits & audits to evaluate execution and provide feedback with corrective actions to CD and distributor team Drive initiatives to improve our overall in store presence. (OSA/SOS/Off shelf/Planogram/Placement) Provide constant & robust feedback on competitor activities and propose course of action Lead in the assortment & planogram workshops and cascade regularly to distributor and merchandiser Leand end to end quarterly Bushfire for the country Lead execution review meeting with clusters on Perfect Store KPIs, highlight opportunities & gaps and drive clear action with CBD & Distributor Manage end to end monthly OTIF CD KPIs reporting (Execution scorecard, Trade Stocks, SFI, etc.)
