Car Rental Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Rental Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Car Rental Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our car rental business, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the car rental business, including fleet management, reservations, and customer service.
2. Ensure that all rental vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
4. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the car rental industry.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in car rental management.
2. Knowledge of the Kuwait car rental market and industry practices.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
