Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, bread, bagels, and cookies, according to the high standards of quality and taste.
• Follow recipes and adhere to production schedules to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and innovative approach to baking
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
