What You Will Do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas.

  
  

• Ensure all AV equipment is maintained, functional, and properly stored.

  
  

• Respond to guest, staff AV inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

  
  

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on AV systems.

  
  

• Assist with installations or relocations of AV equipment as needed.

  
  

• Maintain accurate records of AV equipment usage, repairs, and inventories.

  
  

• Respond to emergency AV issues and ensure systems are operational.

  
  

• Assist with training staff on AV equipment usage.

  
  

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of AV storage areas and workstations.

  
  

• Provide excellent customer service by handling guest requests and complaints efficiently.

  
  

• Support AV needs for hotel events, conferences, and other functions.

  
  

• Report any damages or malfunctioning equipment immediately.

  
  

What You Bring

• At least 2 years’ experience in the same field and ability to work effectively under pressure

  
  

• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  
  

• Diploma or degree in relevant field is a plus

  
  

• Good command of the English language
