Assistant Chef

The Assistant Chef plays a vital role in supporting the head chef in the kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation meets the highest standards. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

3. Following our recipes to properly.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
5. Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
7. Participate in recipe development, providing input on new recipe ideas.
8. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
9. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques.
10. Assist in managing kitchen schedules and staff assignments.
