Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints;
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly;
Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches, packaging updates, and product enhancements, ensuring alignment with brand values and market demands;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and influencers, to drive brand visibility and maximize sales opportunities;
Monitor and manage the brand's presence across various online and offline channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity;
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury brand marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Marketing, or a related field;
An MBA or a Professional Certification in a related field is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
Previous experience in the luxury goods, confectionery, or FMCG industry is preferred;
Experience in the luxury brand segment and understanding of the target audience's preferences and aspirations.
