To be responsible for Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.


The main responsibilities are:


  • Support the Mudlogging field Specialists at rig site and monitor in real-time the data acquisition on rigs and ensure that quality control is performed adequately on daily basis.


  • Controlling the Advanced data Quality and Identifying and solving issues concerning data acquisition to improve data quality & acquisition conditions


  • Ensuring that all Advanced services equipment and related hardware & sensors are properly calibrated, tested and maintained prior Unit deployment.


  • Managing customer requirement, provide regular updates on service delivery and respond to client inquiries and concerns.


  • To perform Presentation during the Service quality meeting


  • To perform Rig visits/Audits and ensure that all advanced Services provided on rigs are at best working conditions to provide best quality of data and obtain client satisfaction.


  • Attending exhibitions, workshops and seminars


  • To record all advanced Services job in term of data quality and results with the related support Documents (Time chart, Calibration files, Photos, interpretation report, etc...)


  • To Train the operators when visiting the rig or when operators pass by the base in order to enhance the knowledge and help field personnel to be ready for new technology deployment.


  • Self-development in Interpretation technics within standards established by the company. Training should be performed to reach and improve level of expertise.


  • To control and ensure the FWR are delivered on time


  • To manage the Mudlogging lab

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have bachelor's degree in Geology, Chemistry or a related field


  • Have Minimum Seven (7) years of Total experience in Mudlogging


  • Have Technical background covering Analytical Instrumentation, specifically X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD)


  • Proven experience on Cutting Flow meter & hole cleaning interpretation.


  • Strong knowledge of TOC analysis methods and techniques


  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Gas Interpretation and ability to analyze results accurately.


  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills


  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


  • Good communication and teamwork skills


  • Have an exceptional problem solving skills.
