The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional administrative support.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
