Travel Coordination: Oversee and manage all travel arrangements for the HR Advisory team, ensuring logistical efficiency and alignment with team schedules.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM entries for the HR Advisory leadership team, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Calendar Management: Organize and manage the HR Advisory Partner’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
Meeting Documentation: Attend meetings with the HR Advisory Partner as needed, and prepare and maintain accurate minutes of meetings.
Project Support: Assist the HR Advisory Partner in monitoring project progress, collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Report Development: Contribute to the creation and consolidation of progress reports for selected clients, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication of project outcomes.
Documentation Management: Oversee the filing and archiving of HR Advisory documentation, including contracts, letters, and other relevant materials, ensuring proper organization and retrieval.
Business Development: Maintain and update the business development list, generating reports for the HR Advisory Partner and CEO as needed.
Clerical Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to the advisory team as required, facilitating smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Both Arabic and English Language.
