الوصف الوظيفي

  • Supervise and lead a team of accountants to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all accounting tasks, including sales, costs, receivable, payables, G&A and etc.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and accounting records to ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
  • Implement and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, (CMA certification preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior level role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., XERO, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • English Language (Advanced) both reading and writing.
