We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant for our Finance Department. This position will
be reporting to the Department Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciling the Company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
Managing income and expenditure accounts
Generating the Company’s financial reports
Keeping a check on the Company’s finances based on financial status
Document financial transactions of various types by entering account information data
Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit
and loss, account statement, and other reports
Secure sensitive financial information by completing database backups
Prepare payments by requesting disbursements and verifying documentation
Prepares variance reports and analysis
University graduate in Accounting /Finance or related professional qualification
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounting
Relevant experience in Cost and Management Accounting
Any other required reports using Excel
Should be dynamic, self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills
Excellent skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Basic Lookup usage)
Experience with accounting software and data entry
Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures
Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
Ability to work independently
Analytical skills
Knowledge of using ERP system or accounting software packages
Good communication skills
