Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of partners, comprising both independent and multi-site brands. You will maintain and grow relationships with these partners.
• Lead the delivery agenda with your partners to ensure they are operating with excellent fundamentals, and define and execute joint initiatives that drive sustainable growth for both Companyand your partners.
• Lead the day-to-day management of your accounts, interacting primarily with stakeholders who manage daily projects or operations. You will work on negotiations and longer-term account plans in collaboration with your Restaurant Partner.
• Demonstrate the ability to resolve day-to-day issues and problem-solve independently, seeking advice for more complex problems when necessary.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to lead new projects and drive initiatives forward
