Our client is a Global EPC company in the Oil and Gas sector with current operations in the Middle East.
· Responsible for the execution of contractual company ORA deliverables.
· Responsible for planning, scheduling and tracking the ORA deliverables.
· Provide progress updates to Client Project Management Team.
· Support the Client ORA team to ensure the company deliverables are met.
· Liaise with contractors to ensure their deliverables are met in a timely manner and to the clients standards.
· Review and Co-Ordinate design documentation related to Operations including Project philosophies (Operations and Maintenance, Control, Start-up and Shutdown, HSE aspects) and verify its compliance with KPO standards and best practices.
· Ensure that Operations requirements have been captured along Project phases.
· Contribute to the creation and proofing process of the Process Operating Guidelines (POGs), Vendors Manuals, Start-up, Operations & Maintenance Manuals of new plants coming into operations.
· Assist on any Project HSE, Permit and Licensing aspects required as part of the OR&A Project to Asset Transfer Plan.
· Assist on Resourcing Plan and Training arrangements for the newly hired client Operations and Maintenance Resources.
· Liaise with company Project Document Control for ensuring all relevant Project documentation is made available on company system.
· Where required, participate to meetings, peer reviews, assist, workshops, assurance events and technical meetings with Client and Vendors.
· Creation /amendment of Process Operating Guides (POGs).
· Create training plan and create training materials.
· Co-ordinate Alarm management / rationalization.
· Execute Project to Asset transfer plan requirements.
· Execute Technical Regulations for client Asset.
· Review operations manuals from vendors for suitability.
· Provide operational input into maintenance deliverables.
· Create process / equipment start up procedures.
· Ensure DCS graphics are amended for review by company.
