We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Technology and Digital Innovation Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Design automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization.
Script and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues. In addition to that, develop machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
Review the code, design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems.
Configure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools.
Document the automation procedures, process, and upload them through SharePoint system.
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions after development phase and monitoring robots’ operations, processes, servers on daily basis.
A Bachelor's degree in: Computer science, computer engineering, software engineering and any major related to IT.

Technical skills:
Python Programming
Oracle SQL
Artificial Intelligence, ML or LLMs.
Additional programming languages are a plus.
