UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. We want a team player who is driven and willing to learn to accompany us on our mission of playing a vital role in the digital transformation sweeping the MENA region.
As a UI/UX Designer at ZenHR, you will be responsible for turning our software into easy-to-use and professionally designed products for our clients. Also, the candidate is responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with designers, product managers and engineers.

The Job – UI/UX Designer

What you’ll be doing:

•  Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
•  Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms.
•   Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
•  Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features or redesigns.
•  Work closely with product managers and front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
•  Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design prototypes and analyze user feedback to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.

Improve the overall UX by identifying and troubleshooting UX problems. 

Who you are:

•    Bachelors’ degree in Design, Computer Science, or any relevant field.
•   2+ years of experience in a similar role.
•   Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
•    Knowledge and experience in Figma.
•   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•   Strong visual design skills with a good eye for aesthetics and detail.
