JOB PURPOSE:
As a Trainee in Business Operations - Injectables, you will support and help design and execute business performance analysis, track and report on various metrics, and assist in data optimization and presentation preparation to develop new insights and improve existing processes.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Policies, Processes & Procedures:


  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Day-to-Day Operations:


  • Follow day-to-day operations related to your job to ensure continuity of work.

Job Specific Accountabilities:


  • Conduct business performance analysis, tracking, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Review and monitor under-licensed agreements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Support data optimization, analysis, dashboard creation, and presentation preparation to enhance business insights.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed to support the business operations team.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, taking into account international best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Reporting:


  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of business operations to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Quality & Environment:


  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Related Assignments:


  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:


Minimum Qualifications:


  • BA Degree in Business Management, Data Management, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:


  • 0-1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on business operations preferred.

Skills:


  • Background in finance basics and business analytics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
