Trainee

Title:  Business Development Analyst (Trainee)– Business Development Department

Our business development department is growing, and we are building new process and work flow that needs someone to support the implementation of it and make sure to enter the actual data on Inova system, to make sure that we track the process on time.

Responsibilities:

This person will oversee the development and use of BD data management system (Inova). Discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyse data with attention to security and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding data analysis procedure. He/she will be responsible to enter the actual end point for each milestone of the new process on Inova and make support the team to document all the needed data on the system and then do the requested tracking.

• Collecting the requested data from the team for new projects.
• Consolidating the received data and update the current data bank.
• Enter all the end points milestone timelines on Inova.
• Track the timelines of each project.
• Completeness of information with zero errors on Inova.
• Validate the existing data on Inova and enter any missing data by checking the team.
• Make sure to get the most benefit of the system by discovering new ways to support the team with.
• Support the implementation of tracking new dashboard.
• Support the team Track CDAs completion with legal team.
• Preparing requested reports and analysis.
• Support the team with ad hock requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry is preferable
• B.Sc. degree in Business, industrial Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Data science knowledge is a plus.
• Previous project Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point) is a must.
• Excellent presentation skills           
• Teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
• Capable of doing tasks in a precise and timely manner independently.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
