Mission/Core of Purpose of the Job:
Lead and guide the Technology group for the adoption of software/hardware and standards overlooking company’s quality and efficiency improvement for the overall delivery of projects, providing adequate supporting documentation for any relevant tool, procedure or workflow developed
Core, Essential Responsibilities:
- Compilation, Approval, and Issuance of estimates for Technical Sales
- Lead, develop, document, monitor, and report the implementation of technologies, tools, procedures, and workflows at the organization level overlooking performance and quality improvement.
- Assist product design/development and technical sales as required, including visits to Clients and Projects
- Produce, develop and maintain company standards and manuals at operations and project levels
- Lead, test, and report market solutions by engaging actively with partners, suppliers, and vendors. Prepare case studies and ROI analyses for the implementation of new technologies
- Lead, develop and maintain company's BIM Management standards and requirements in accordance to industry state-of-the-art
- Develop holistic analysis and support to decision making based with executive management, based on the reports of its sub departments
- Technical sales and product design leadership and presence in Clients, including but not limited to demonstrations, presentations and negotiations
- Cross-functional support to remaining organization departments, including Marketing, Commercial, Human Resources, Finance and Procuremen
Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Tasks:
- Foster team building by motivating events to close the physical operation gap between operational units
- Sponsor and disseminate an R&D and innovation culture across the department, defining a climate for overall success.
- Identify and establish new opportunities for BIM/Projects execution, in alignment with Line Managers and following company’s strategy
- Recommend training and professional development of staff
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
BSC in computer studies , Recommended: MSC Degree .
Required number years of Experience:
10+ years of expereince with design consultant, contractor or real estate developers
Previous work experience in the AEC market (Architecture/Engineering/Construction),
Training :
Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks , Autodesk Civil 3D , Autodesk Dynamo
