Darsel is a global non-profit education technology startup which is focused on improving math learning outcomes. Darsel has been operating in Jordan since 2021 and its chatbot-based learning platform is used in over 2,000 government schools.
Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Relationship Manager to join our team and support our Jordan program. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage and support government school teachers to facilitate participation in Darsel’s program and maximize our educational impact.
The role is mostly remote, as communication with teachers will primarily occur through WhatsApp conversations and phone calls. However, periodic presence in Amman is required for in-person meetings and events.
This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the direction of a highly-impactful program and improve the learning experience of hundreds of thousands of students in Jordan.

Darsel is a free supplemental learning platform for students with limited internet access. We allow students to practice math through low-bandwidth channels like SMS and Facebook Messenger. Our AI-powered platform provides an interactive and personalized learning experience designed to supplement K12 education in low-income communities. We are a non-profit organization that emerged from research at Harvard University and Stanford University. Our mission is to improve learning outcomes in resource-constrained communities. We are bridging the global digital divide and working towards SDG 4 by developing low-cost, low-bandwidth education technology.
