The impact of this role to the company will be significant, as you will be responsible for managing project workflows, ensuring timely deliverables, and making informed decisions based on data analysis. In the first 30/60/90 days, the new colleague will need to accomplish tasks such as pulling and interpreting data, assisting in writing client presentations/reports, coordinating and reviewing client data, and answering client questions. We will count on you to:
Manage project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and making informed decisions based on data analysis. Pull and interpret data to assess and determine the direction of projects, reviewing project workflows and scope implications with Project Managers and Project Sponsors. Assist in writing and structuring client presentations/reports, using data analysis to create summary exhibits and draft initial observations/recommendations for review by senior consultants. Coordinate and review client data, supervising junior consultants, tracking data status, identifying issues or discrepancies, and raising them independently with the client. Interpret data and communicate key insights to clients, highlighting implications and recommendations. Answer client questions regarding project methodology, lead internal team meetings, and serve as a point of contact for data requests and management.
What you need to have:
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage project workflows effectively. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in using averages, trends, and stochastic models. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to structure client presentations/reports. Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and review client data accurately. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. Experience in client interaction and the ability to serve as a point of contact for data requests.
