Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Section Head/Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and trading with full supply chain cycle experience, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Importing experience from China is a must, and experience in handling a minimum of 500 SKUs is required. Candidates with an engineering background and ERP system expertise are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: •Manage and oversee the full supply chain cycle, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. •Coordinate and manage importing processes, particularly from China, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery. •Maintain and manage a minimum of 500 SKUs, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business needs. •Collaborate with retail teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. •Monitor and optimize ERP system usage to streamline supply chain operations. •Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements as needed. •Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. •Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics to management. Qualifications and Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (highly preferred) or a related field. •A maximum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with significant exposure to retail and trading environments. •Proven experience in importing from China. •Experience with electrical items is a plus. •Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Ability to work 6 days a week in the Amman office; flexibility for one online working day may be considered in the future.
