Description: Responsibilities: •Develop and implement strategic plans for the supply chain department in alignment with company objectives. •Manage the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of materials and supplies while meeting quality and budget standards. •Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and plan procurement accordingly. •Oversee logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. •Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for goods and services. •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply chain operations. •Lead and mentor a team of procurement and logistics professionals to meet departmental goals. •Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. •Coordinate with international brand agencies or suppliers to manage importing goods and distribution. Requirements: •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). •Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field (7 years preferred). •Proficiency in English and Arabic. •Strong strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills. •Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management tools. •Experience with companies having large distribution networks, preferably in low voltage product lines. •High attention to detail and ability to follow up effectively. •Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. •Industrial engineers are preferred.
