About the role
Our storeroom clerk ensures a storeroom is clean and organized.
What you will do
Organize the stores according to the standard and procedures of the Hotel relating to labelling etc.
Ensure all items is available in the stores according to the Min. and Max procedures.
Advice which of the items are fast moving items and slow-moving items.
Print all reports related to store items according to the standard and procedures.
Knowledge of using the computer system for issuing and inventory
Knowledge of maintaining accurate historical records for all products for usage information. Compares actual to theoretical inventory levels to assure storeroom security standards are sufficient.
Ensure all storage areas are secure, clean and properly organized.
Coordinate and participate in all month end and quarterly inventories of food, beverage, operating equipment and supplies.
What you bring
High school / Diploma degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in same field.
Excellent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages.
Attention to details.
