Duties & Responsibilities:
A.Employee Relations
1.Conduct investigations with employees for disciplinary matters, write
reports regarding
The investigations
and make discipline recommendations in consultation with
Direct manager.
2.Conduct the grievance procedures and channels, along with update and
share the grievance report on the beginning with each month.
3.Maintain discipline/investigation
files and records.
4.Analyse, develop and review
policies and regulations for personnel matters and inform direct manager
accordingly.
5.Make HR – ER relevant announcement
as required.
6.Make sure that all HR
Boards are identical and updated.
7.Make inside factory
regular inspectional tours.
8.Maintain a close working relationship with workers and employees.
9.Maintain positive culture through continuous communication with the
workers and employees.
10.Support all the HR functions that are
related to the local workers (survey, trainings, gathering, elections, etc...)
11.Manage the transportation routes for
Jordanian workers and employees.
12.Share daily bus report to the HR group.
13.Manage bus capacity and reporting the
monthly transportation expenses.
14.Report the number of buses hired to
accounting on monthly basis.
BSc degree in business administration or any related field.
6 years of experience in Employee relation.
PHRI, HRBP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP is a plus.
