Job Purpose

This position exists to perform authorization operations efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope.




Key Accountability Areas

Access Assignment Management:


  • Administer access assignments according to the Delegation of Authority (DoA) instructions across all applications related to the function.
  • Ensure users are granted access based on their roles and responsibilities while maintaining compliance with internal policies.

Workflow Management:


  • Collaborate with the GRC team to implement and manage any changes to workflows related to system access.
  • Ensure smooth integration of updated processes across platforms.

Delegation Management:


  • Handle and manage both temporary and permanent delegations of access, ensuring that any changes are in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Design & Enhancement:


  • Assist in designing new access structures for system enhancements, ensuring that new roles and responsibilities are appropriately assigned and maintained.
  • Support any enhancements to access control measures to meet evolving organizational needs.

Issue Resolution & Support:


  • Provide support for any access issues or problems reported by users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access-related concerns promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Compliance & Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all access assignments, changes, and delegations.
  • Ensure that all actions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Communication:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to ensure system access aligns with business objectives while maintaining security and compliance.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:


  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:


  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.


Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or Any relevant field
