If you love crafting engaging social posts, briefing video content, building content calendars, and creating scroll-stopping campaigns, this role is for you! You’ll be managing always-on social assets for one of our hospitality clients, working across platforms to engage audiences and make an impact. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with the client servicing, video production and motion graphics teams to bring social content plans to life. From developing ‘strategies’ to overseeing the daily flow of social content and making sure posts go live on time, your focus will be on ensuring everything runs smoothly and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Who you are
You have 3+ years’ experience working in Social Media (hospitality is a plus).
You have in-depth functional knowledge and a deep understanding of content best practice on social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.
Your English and Arabic copywriting skills are on point.
You’re super organised and play close attention to ALL the details.
You love working with video content, feeding back to video editors and juggling multiple deliverables here.
You have an eye for design and know what content will drive engagements.
You’re self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively.
You’re someone who takes initiative and is focused on always improving.
What you'll do
Creating monthly content calendars to help execute the brand strategy and objectives.
Write creative captions that tell a story and speak directly to the relevant demographic.
Creative briefing and collaborating across departments to ensure that every brief, output and strategy maximises engagements and brand vision.
Ad hoc campaign planning and development - research, build on opportunities, come up with creative social executions and campaign ideas that can be distributed across relevant social platforms.
Monitor performance, create insightful reports, and track progress against KPIs with the data team.
Spot trends and turn them into actionable briefs for content creators to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Roll out the Tactical social playbook, including maintaining and developing the channel strategy, tone of voice, feed experience and brand personality across relevant social channels.
