Amazon's AGI-DS team seeks a Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for Data Associates. This role supports one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses, working directly with teams that manage AI model training data with enterprise-grade privacy and security.
This role directly influences the quality of training data for Amazon's AI models by ensuring Data Associates maintain high standards of written communication.
Key job responsibilities
Facilitate new hire training, cross-skill training, and refresher sessions; provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Maintain expertise in current role by staying updated on tools, processes, procedures, and training techniques.
Assign and track SDL (Self-Directed Learning) completion for DAs (Data Associates) at the site level.
Manage relevant tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Publish training reports as per the agreed standard/template.
When not aligned to a training batch, the trainer is expected to support the Operations team in improving on floor production quality. This includes Over the shoulder support, Over turn reviews, deep dive analysis etc.

About the team

• Native-level proficiency in Italian, both verbal and written skills
• English written and verbal fluency
• Good communication skills – oral and written
• Good interpersonal skills – ability to work with and influence multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chrome and Outlook)
• Time Management, prioritization and organization
• Adaptability for a rapidly changing environment and requirements, Flexibility to work in different shifts
• Ability to analyze, identify issues and recommend solutions
• Ability to build reports and dashboards for monitoring performance during training
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Data Associate
• A graduate in any field of study.
• High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge
