The Service Transition Team is the engine that makes Unifonic run. The focus within the Service Transition Specialist role at Unifonic is on achieving a successfully transitioned service to the agreed timeframe, quality, and service outcome. You will manage customer onboarding tasks including SMS and Non-SMS service activations and solutions implementation through a close connection to our customers, commercial teams, and service providers to understand their needs and requirements, turn services into live environments, identify and implement continual service improvement activities as well as achieve goal congruence. Having a customer centric approach and a can-do attitude, you'll thrive in this fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
As a Service Transition Executive, you will manage and execute the end-to-end service transition processes for various channels and solutions, including SMS, Voice, WAP, Authentication, Flows Automation, Chatbot, Contact Center, and more. This role ensures the seamless activation, implementation, and onboarding of services for customers and providers while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Help us shape the future of communications by:
Managing the service activation for our channel products: SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp for Customers and Partners.
Implementing customer use cases for our Chatbot, Agent Console, and Flow Automation solutions.
Overseeing SMS activation process including sender ID registration and routing setup.
Leading the service implementation, onboarding, and training sessions for customers, ensuring smooth transitions.
Executing end-to-end testing for all channels and solutions, ensuring service readiness.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful service transitions.
Monitoring and reporting on service transition progress and identify areas for improvement.
What you will bring:
Hands-on 2- 5 years of experience in service transition, service delivery, or a related role within a SaaS or telecommunications environment.
Strong understanding of service activation, implementation, and onboarding processes for multiple channels.
Knowledge and understanding of SMS and WAP regulations and compliance is a plus.
Comfortable manipulating and analyzing large data sets through Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytical tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using CRM and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
