We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and drive the recruitment process for a wide range of roles. This position is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in talent acquisition, with a key focus on improving the hiring process, candidate experience, and overseeing the effective onboarding of new hires.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:


  • Lead the recruitment process for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions that reflect the skills and experience needed.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their fit for both the role and company culture.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate evaluation and selection, ensuring the best possible hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously refine and improve sourcing strategies, reduce time-to-hire, and increase the quality of hires.
  • Act as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring fair and unbiased candidate selection.

Onboarding:


  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles and integration into the company culture.
  • Coordinate all necessary pre-boarding documentation, including employment contracts, tax forms, and compliance documents.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure that new hires receive the necessary training, resources, and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design tailored onboarding plans that align with the new hire’s role and expectations.
  • Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process by gathering feedback from new employees and adjusting programs accordingly.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding programs in terms of employee retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
