Key Responsibilities
Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio.
Continuouslyreviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.
Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveriesin order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities
Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues.
Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment
Coordinates Import activities.
Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting)
Prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews and consensus meeting
Manages SCM related tasks of quality issues.
Manages phase-in/phase-out situations and SLOBs.
Continuously improves operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders).

Professional Experience and Education
Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences) OR
Professional training in business administration or comparable and at least 5 years’ experience in SCM functions.
2 years’ experience in Demand planning in consumer goods company or B2B is a plus
