Purpose of the job:
Managing the product in order to maintain the product positioning in the market and manage the product profit for the company.
Key Objectives:
Manage the product in the market and to achieve the sales target with the sales team and manage the relationship with Head Office and provide the sales team & distributor with all needed information about the product.
The successful applicant is responsible for maintaining & developing the business with clear objective of achieving the company’s sales targets and KPI in VD - TV (Audio / Video) Division.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Product management, SKU map planning, and company profit.
2. Strategic planning, channels strategy, marketing knowledge for the Electronics products especially [TV], and price/product positioning.
3. Product/market development & analyses for B2C segments.
4. Monitoring the channels, distributor PSI [Purchase Sales Inventory], and competitions.
5. Make sure the aging stock level is the lowest at all times.
6. Analyze the distributor's stock level and make sure their next coming order can be picked without hassle. This is required to ensure the forecast accuracy.
7. Ensure departmental KPI has improved to a high satisfactory level by coordinating with other sales team members.
8. Updating DP on a weekly basis after collecting the confirmed orders from Sales Coordinators.
9. Competitive analysis and controlling the selling price to distributors as well as retail price control.
10. Preparation for the launch of new products by planning old models' clearance plans at the channel level.
Qualifications
• Experience, Education & Skills:
. Bachelor / Master degree in business, Engineering or any related field.
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in Product Management activities, preferably in TV or other Electronics / IT industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all AV channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users).
4. Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality.
5. Multitasks effectively.
6. Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
7. Priority setting & Problem solving.
8. Willing to travel for business purposes.
9. Engineering background with both technical understanding and marketing capabilities would be an advantage.
• Language Skills:
1. Fluent Arabic & English Language, excellent negotiation skills.
